Welcome to www.Kaapi.app.

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of www.Kaapi.app, its applications, coffee tools, Recipe Builder, Coffee Starter, shared recipe features and other services made available through www.Kaapi.app.

In these Terms, www.Kaapi.app may also be referred to as we, us or our.

By accessing or using www.Kaapi.app, you agree to these Terms.

1. About www.Kaapi.app

www.Kaapi.app is a coffee brewing software platform designed to help people understand coffee, build brewing recipes, organise recipes and improve everyday brewing.

Features may include:

Recipe Builder
Coffee Starter
brewing calculators
generated brewing recommendations
manually created recipes
saved recipes
recipe revisions
brewing feedback
recipe sharing
public or link-based recipe pages
coffee education tools
account-based features
business or white-label tools

Features may change as www.Kaapi.app develops.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms under the laws applicable to you.

If you use www.Kaapi.app on behalf of a company, café, roastery, educational organisation or another entity, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

Additional terms may apply to business, enterprise or white-label services.

3. Your account

Some www.Kaapi.app features require an account.

You are responsible for:

providing accurate account information
maintaining access to the email address associated with your account
keeping your account secure
activities carried out through your account
notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised

You must not create accounts using false identities or impersonate another person or organisation.

We may use email verification, one-time passwords or other authentication methods.

4. Personal use

Unless a different licence or business agreement applies, www.Kaapi.app is provided for personal coffee brewing and educational use.

You may use recipes generated or created through www.Kaapi.app for your own brewing, learning and ordinary sharing.

Coffee professionals may also use recipes legitimately produced through their authorised account in ordinary brewing or coffee service.

5. Recipe Builder and generated recommendations

www.Kaapi.app may generate coffee brewing recipes or recommendations based on information you provide.

These recommendations are intended to provide a useful starting point.

Coffee results vary depending on factors including:

coffee variety
processing
roast development
roast age
grinder
grind distribution
brewing water
water temperature
brewer
filter paper
pouring technique
environment
personal taste

www.Kaapi.app cannot guarantee that a generated recipe will produce a particular flavour or result.

You are encouraged to adjust recipes based on your own coffee, equipment and taste.

6. Brewing and safety

www.Kaapi.app provides coffee brewing and educational information.

The service does not provide medical, dietary, food-safety or other regulated professional advice unless expressly stated.

You remain responsible for using hot water, brewing equipment and electrical appliances safely and according to manufacturer instructions.

7. Saved recipes

Where www.Kaapi.app allows recipes to be saved, you remain responsible for the information you enter.

Features may allow you to:

save recipes
rename recipes
revise recipes
mark favourites
record brewing results
import shared recipes
delete recipes

We may change these features as the service develops.

8. Recipe revisions

www.Kaapi.app may maintain different versions or revisions of a saved recipe.

A revised recipe may retain information about its relationship to an earlier version.

Deleting one version may not automatically delete every related version unless the interface specifically indicates that it will.

9. Shared recipes

www.Kaapi.app may allow you to generate links for sharing recipes.

A recipe may be:

private
accessible through a shared link
publicly accessible

When you share a recipe, other people may be able to view, copy, save or reproduce its brewing information.

Do not include confidential, sensitive or personal information in public recipe content.

Once information has been copied outside www.Kaapi.app, deleting the original share link cannot guarantee deletion of that copy.

10. Imported recipes

www.Kaapi.app may allow users to save or import recipes shared by other users.

Importing a recipe does not transfer ownership of another person's branding, photography, written content or other intellectual property.

11. Your content

You retain your rights in original content you submit to www.Kaapi.app, including:

recipe names
original brewing notes
tasting notes
coffee descriptions
feedback
other material created by you

By submitting content to www.Kaapi.app, you give us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, reproduce and display that content as reasonably necessary to provide the service.

This does not transfer ownership of your original content to www.Kaapi.app.

12. www.Kaapi.app intellectual property

www.Kaapi.app and its underlying technology may include:

software
interfaces
source code
algorithms
recipe-generation logic
recommendation systems
databases
design elements
written content
branding
logos
technical architecture

Except for content belonging to users or third parties, these materials are owned by or licensed to www.Kaapi.app and may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Using www.Kaapi.app does not give you ownership of the platform or its underlying technology.

13. Recipe Engine protection

The www.Kaapi.app Recipe Engine and related recommendation logic are proprietary technology.

You may use outputs provided through the normal service, but you must not attempt to:

obtain or reconstruct source code
reverse engineer the recipe-generation system
systematically extract its logic
probe the service to recreate the engine
build datasets intended to reproduce its proprietary recommendation behaviour
bypass technical controls
access internal APIs without authorisation

This does not restrict rights that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Automated extraction and scraping

You must not use bots, scripts, crawlers, automated agents or similar systems to access www.Kaapi.app in a way that:

extracts substantial amounts of information
creates excessive server traffic
bypasses normal interfaces
bypasses usage limits
interferes with service performance
attempts to discover protected systems
collects user data without authorisation

15. Automated and AI-powered agents

You may use ordinary browser tools and personal software to assist with normal use.

You may not use automated or AI-powered agents to:

circumvent access controls
probe security without authorisation
systematically reproduce proprietary technology
evade rate limits
operate large numbers of accounts
create excessive automated requests

We may block activity that threatens the integrity of the service.

16. Usage limits

Some www.Kaapi.app features may have usage limits.

Limits may vary depending on:

account type
subscription
feature
promotional access
business agreement
service plan

Where practical, applicable limits will be displayed within the product.

You must not attempt to bypass limits through:

multiple accounts
manipulated identities
undocumented APIs
automation
interference with usage records
technical exploits

We may correct usage records affected by technical failures, fraud or abuse.

17. Free, trial and promotional services

www.Kaapi.app may provide features for free or through trials, invitations or promotional programmes.

We may change, limit or discontinue free or promotional access.

Free access does not guarantee permanent availability of the same features.

18. Paid services

www.Kaapi.app may introduce paid plans, subscriptions, one-time purchases or other paid services.

Applicable prices and service details will be shown before purchase.

Additional payment or subscription terms may apply.

Purchasing a plan gives you a limited right to use the relevant service and does not transfer ownership of www.Kaapi.app technology.

Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

19. Subscription renewals

Where recurring subscriptions are offered, renewal periods, prices and cancellation methods will be disclosed before purchase or as required by law.

Cancellation generally prevents future renewal and does not automatically reverse charges already validly incurred, except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

20. Refunds

Refund eligibility may depend on:

the service purchased
whether the service has already been provided or consumed
any refund policy presented at purchase
applicable consumer law

Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or remedy you are legally entitled to receive.

21. Fair use

Even where a plan is described as unlimited, it is intended for reasonable human use unless a separate agreement states otherwise.

We may apply safeguards where activity creates excessive infrastructure usage, indicates automated exploitation or threatens service availability for other users.

22. Prohibited use

You must not use www.Kaapi.app to:

violate applicable law
infringe intellectual-property rights
impersonate another person
distribute malware
attack or probe infrastructure
access another user's account
interfere with security controls
bypass access restrictions
abuse APIs
generate excessive automated traffic
attempt unauthorised database access
exploit vulnerabilities
manipulate usage limits
scrape private user information
carry out fraudulent activity

23. Security research

We welcome responsible reports about genuine security issues affecting www.Kaapi.app.

You must not:

access another person's data
modify or delete data without permission
disrupt the service
conduct denial-of-service testing
publicly disclose an unresolved vulnerability in a way that creates unnecessary risk

24. Account suspension and termination

We may temporarily restrict, suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary because of:

serious or repeated violation of these Terms
fraud
abuse
security threats
attempts to bypass usage restrictions
unauthorised access
legal requirements
activity that materially threatens www.Kaapi.app or other users

Urgent security action may be taken immediately where necessary.

25. Account deletion

You may request deletion of your www.Kaapi.app account through available controls or by contacting us.

Deletion may result in loss of:

saved recipes
revisions
favourites
brewing records
preferences
other account-linked information

Limited information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or other lawful purposes.

26. Service availability

We aim to keep www.Kaapi.app reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The service may occasionally be unavailable because of:

maintenance
updates
infrastructure failures
internet outages
third-party service failures
security incidents
circumstances outside our reasonable control

We may modify, replace or discontinue individual features as www.Kaapi.app develops.

27. Beta and experimental features

Some features may be labelled beta, preview, experimental or early access.

These features may:

change substantially
contain errors
be temporarily unavailable
produce incomplete results
be removed before general release

28. Third-party services

www.Kaapi.app relies on third-party technology providers for services such as infrastructure, authentication, databases and communications.

Your use of certain integrations may also be subject to third-party terms.

We are not responsible for independent third-party websites or services merely because www.Kaapi.app links to them.

29. Privacy

Our collection and handling of personal information is described in the www.Kaapi.app Privacy Policy.

30. Feedback and suggestions

If you send us ideas, feature requests or product feedback, you allow us to use that feedback to develop or improve www.Kaapi.app without requiring payment or compensation.

31. Business and white-label services

www.Kaapi.app may provide technology to coffee roasters, cafés, educators and other organisations.

These services may include:

branded tools
custom domains
organisation-specific interfaces
business accounts
managed users
integrations
analytics
separate usage allowances
API access
customised Recipe Engine access

Separate commercial terms may apply.

32. API access

Access to any www.Kaapi.app API must be expressly authorised.

The existence of a network endpoint does not itself provide permission to access it programmatically.

33. No resale without permission

You may not resell, sublicense, rent, lease or commercially provide access to www.Kaapi.app or its Recipe Engine without written permission or an applicable business agreement.

34. Disclaimer of warranties

To the extent permitted by law, www.Kaapi.app is provided on an as-available basis.

We do not guarantee that:

every recommendation will match your preferred taste
every recipe will produce identical results
every feature will always be available
every error can be prevented
every third-party service will remain operational

Nothing in this section excludes statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

35. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, www.Kaapi.app will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising solely from ordinary use of, or inability to use, the service.

This may include loss caused by:

reliance on brewing recommendations
loss of non-critical recipe records
temporary service interruptions
third-party system failures

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

36. Misuse

Where permitted by law, you are responsible for losses or claims arising from your intentional unlawful misuse of www.Kaapi.app, infringement of another person's rights or material violation of these Terms.

37. Changes to these Terms

www.Kaapi.app may update these Terms as the service develops.

Changes may be made because of:

new features
changes to our business model
security requirements
operational changes
changes in law

The latest version will display its effective or updated date.

38. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable law.

39. Disputes

If you have a concern about www.Kaapi.app, please contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve it.

Any unresolved dispute will be handled according to applicable Indian law and the jurisdiction that legally applies.

40. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent legally permitted.

41. No waiver

If we do not immediately enforce a provision, this does not mean we permanently waive the right to enforce it.

42. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the www.Kaapi.app Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented for a particular paid, business or specialised service, form the agreement governing your use of www.Kaapi.app.
